Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
We have a 7 days return window. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for an eligible replacement or store credit. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or replacement.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- All manuals, hardware, and inserts must be intact.
- The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Shipping Costs
To ensure transparency, here is how return shipping fees are handled:
- Defective or Damaged Products: Return shipping is covered by the store if the product is defective or damaged. We will provide instructions to facilitate the return of the damaged item.
