- Your payment is handed directly to the delivery personnel upon the successful arrival of your furniture.
3. Order Confirmation & Billing Capture
- No Immediate Online Charge: No payment is deducted at the time you place your order online.
- Payment at Delivery: The full order amount must be paid in cash when the order is delivered to your specified shipping address.
- Currency Handling: All transactions are settled in USD.
4. Order Verification (Fraud Protection)
Because we utilize Cash on Delivery, City Furniture & Mattress reserves the right to hold, verify, or cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. Our team may contact you via phone or email to confirm your delivery details before processing your order within our standard 1 to 2 business days timeframe.
5. Refunds & Returns
Refunds are handled strictly according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- We operate on a strict No Cash Refunds policy.
- Eligible returns within our 7 days return window will receive Replacements or Store Credit Only. The processing time for these approved resolutions is 7Days.
