Return & Refund Policy

At City Furniture & Mattress, our mission is to provide high-quality furniture and excellent customer service at every step. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • Item(s) must be returned in original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals included

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns are accepted by mail only.
We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.

Return Label

A return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return criteria.

  • If the return is due to a customer error (wrong item ordered, change of mind), the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, return shipping will be covered by us.

How to return an item:

  1. Repack the furniture securely in its original packaging

  2. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package

  3. Drop off the package at the shipping carrier specified on the label

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for approved returns that meet our return conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery

  • Email the photos along with your order details to citymattress120@yahoo.com

Claims submitted after 7 days or without proper photo evidence may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
