Order Cancellation & Refund Information

At City Furniture & Mattress, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review the information below regarding order cancellations, refunds, and shipping address corrections.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us via email at citymattress120@yahoo.com.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It and Get a Full Refund?

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once the order is delivered.

If you need assistance with delivery status or initiating a return, please contact us as soon as possible.

I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address. Can I Cancel the Order?

Shipping address corrections are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.

  • If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can advise you on the next steps.
