Order Cancellation

At City Furniture & Mattress, we understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind after placing an order. Our cancellation process is designed to be as clear and straightforward as possible.
1. Order Cancellation Window
We offer a strict cancellation window. You may request to cancel your order within 2 Hours of placing the order. Because we strive to fulfill orders quickly, once this 2-hour timeframe has passed, your order enters our standard processing time of 1 to 2 business days and can no longer be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel Your Order

Please include your Order Number and the name used during checkout so we can process your request quickly.
3. Refunds on Cancelled Orders
Our store exclusively utilizes Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment gateway name. Because no payment is captured online at the time of purchase, successfully cancelled orders will simply be voided, and no financial refund process is necessary.
4. Late Cancellations / Shipped Orders
If you fail to cancel within the 2-hour window and the item is shipped, you cannot cancel the delivery. If you wish to return the item after delivery, it will be subject to our standard Return Policy. Please note our strict rule: No Cash Refunds. Eligible returns within 7 days will receive Replacements or Store Credit Only.
