At City Furniture & Mattress, we are committed to delivering quality furniture to our customers safely and efficiently. Every order is carefully packed and shipped using reliable carriers to ensure a smooth and dependable delivery experience.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Shipping service.

Shipping Location
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
There are no additional standard shipping charges applied at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order directly with the carrier.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Delivery Issues or Delays
If your order is significantly delayed, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating your shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your furniture arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery

Email the photos along with your order number to citymattress120@yahoo.com
Claims submitted after 7 days or without photographic proof may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If your order has not yet shipped and you need to update your address, please contact us immediately.
